Positions We Hire For
🌲 Ground Crew
Entry-level. Help clear brush, operate tools, and support climbers on job sites.
🌲 Climber
Experienced in rope and harness work? We'd love to see your skills in action.
🌲 CDL Driver
Haul equipment and debris safely to and from job sites across the region.
🌲 Equipment Operator
Skilled in stump grinders, chippers, or cranes? Let's talk.
🌲 Apprentice / Trainee
New to the industry? We may be open to offering on-the-job training for the right candidate.
What We Look For
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Follow all safety protocols and use proper gear
- Lift and move heavy material when needed

- Hold a valid driver's license (preferred for most positions)

Applicant FAQ
Not necessarily. We're happy to train motivated applicants for ground crew or apprentice roles. Experience is preferred for climbers and equipment operators.
Only for driving specific trucks or operating certain equipment. If you're interested in developing that, let us know.
Our crew works consistent daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Some weekend work may be needed after storms or during busy seasons.
